What happens if I exceed my quota?
Your requests will return a 402 error once you hit your monthly limit. Upgrade anytime to get more requests. Usage resets on the 1st of each month.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you get the new quota right away.
What couriers are supported?
All plans include access to 171+ couriers: Speed Post, BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, DHL, FedEx, and many more. See the full list.
How does billing work?
We use Razorpay for secure payments. You'll be charged monthly on your subscription date. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
What's the rate limit?
Each plan has a different rate limit (requests per second). Free: 2/sec, Starter: 5/sec, Growth: 10/sec, Business: 20/sec. This prevents accidental bursts from exhausting your quota.
